Seller shall do everything to ensure accurate information. Customer is responsible to read the descriptions carefully. All art mockups shown are for suggestive illustration. Sizes can vary slightly, dimensions shown are approximate and will be as close to the size in description as possible. Third party companies that print our artwork may need to make slight adjustment.

In the event the art will need to be a different size customer will be sent a proof to approve by electronic signature. Shipping costs may need to be adjusted down for smaller art, up for oversized art. By signing customer agrees to accept the changes and credit/debit card to receive refund or be charged the difference.

Seller may at sole discretion:

Withdraw and cancel services and make financial transactions as necessary.
All Items for sale are original photographs and owned exclusively by Barbara Wasinger, any copyright infringement, use of art, photos of any kind without purchase and license rights will be deemed an a violation of copy right law infringement and be subject to lawsuit and monetary damages. No adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, without the owner’s written permission will be tolerated. Any violation will be subject to monetary damages decided by a copyright court.
By using this website, you agree to decent behavior, seller will not tolerate unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. Seller reserves the right to block anyone and disable user account for exhibiting inappropriate behaviors.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

It is the intention of the seller to deliver new artwork.
Reason for return (in the event of third-party shipper delivering damaged item, we will work to ensure insurance claims are made and artwork replaced as quickly as possible.
Process for return (you will need a return authorization number from the seller to send back any item to us)
Process of refund (All Sales Are final)

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is available in the contiguous 48 U.S states, including Washington D.C. Over Seas and Oversize shipping charges may apply to items equal to or greater than 33" wide or equal to or greater than 44" long.

When will I get my art?

As soon as we get your order, we start custom-making it. Average processing + transit times are below.

Processing

Delivery

Delivery Method Transit Time Standard delivery 3-5 business days after production. Expedited delivery 2-4 business days Overnight delivery1 business day.

When you choose expedited/overnight shipping, processing time is also shortened by up to 3 days.
